Flora

Flora is an identity system that was created for Qualico and Streetside Developments homes, to promote a new townhouse development in the city of Winnipeg. This identity system was a team project developed by the Brandish design department. The creative was designed to attach young couples and families who are looking to invest in their first home.

The Flora colour palette is a blend of prairie neutrals and coral flourishes. With muted earth tones and pops of soft colours, Flora creates a warm and comforting environment that feels like home. The brand elements are building blocks that form simplified versions of what the future townhouses will look like. With a geometric style, combined with textures that reflect materials used in the new home development, the Flora brand elements give the identity a modern youthfulness.
